Conditions:

• The eBike must be returned in its original condition, with all accessories, manuals, and packaging included.

• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

How to Request a Refund:

1. Contact our support team at support@luckeepbike.eu within 30 days of delivery.

2. We will provide return instructions and the return address.

3. After we receive and inspect the product, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
